DADANCO refurbishment kits are the most cost efficient way to upgrade existing systems to meet current and future cooling and noise performance requirements. Refurbishment kits comprise new patented DADANCO Starline nozzles and clip-on mixing chamber profiles. The kits are custom-designed to suit the existing system and fitted with minimum inconvenience or disruption to tenants.

Refurbishment kits are easily installed into your existing Induction units (a 13 storey building in Adelaide, with some 550 units has been refurbished within a single weekend). Note that the coil and coil fittings of the existing Induction units are not removed, and in the majority of cases, the original induction unit’s body is left intact.

During the refurbishment planning exercise, it is prudent to look at improving an "air side" of a system and then contemplate chiller replacement and other "Water side" improvements.

	Provides up to 50% increase in cooling capacity.

	Reduces primary air fan energy usage by up to 5%.

The Dadanco Refurbishment path is to use a DADANCO REFURBISHMENT KIT. These kits are designed and developed for each make and model of the most common Induction air conditioning units installed in buildings around the world.
The Dadanco Refurbishment upgrade path should be viewed as the entry-level alternative to improve your existing air conditioning system and it can be achieved within your existing maintenance budget. It minimises the time for change over while providing the benefits that Dadanco technology is world famous for.

The Dadanco Replacement path is to install DADANCO STARLINE Induction Units that have been sized to fit seamlessly into your existing Induction Unit system, regardless of make (Carrier, TRANE, York, Environ…) or it's installed location (ceiling, wall, floor or horizontal mounting). This is a complete ‘New for Old’ retrofit of your old Induction Units for brand new Dadanco Induction Units.
The Dadanco Replacement upgrade path is the premier alternative for improving your existing Induction Unit system. You can maximise the benefits and the longevity of your building’s Induction unit Air-conditioning system by choosing this path and also bring your building to it's well deserved "Premium" grade it held for so long in the past.

Please note that a Refurbishment option does not exist for every unit listed above, as it was not possible to design a Dadanco Refurbishment Kit for the OEM Induction unit without extensive modification and thus not be a viable cost effective option. However, a Replacement option exists for all makes/models listed above.
